World of Warcraft was made for PSP

Early in its life, the PSP received a lot of attention for its wireless online gameplay. Over the past two years, the handheld has accumulated a wide library of titles that support multiplayer over Infrastrucutre. Unfortunately, the only real decent MMORPG to date has been Untold Legends.
So, I ask the question, where is our World of Warcraft, Blizzard? The game may have to be scaled down, at least control-wise, but would that really stifle PSP owners from purchasing the game if it was made for the system?
Blizzard should be eager to reach their hand in our pocket. Imagine the possibilities - play your WoW character on your PC at home, and then level it on your PSP while you’re on the road!
WoW has been done on the PlayStation Portable already though. Using a little homebrew app called “Portable VNC,” you can remotely control your desktop with your PSP. Of course, one of the first things that was tested was World of Warcraft. Unfortunately, the game ran way too slow to be playable - about 1 fps.
So Blizzard, where is our World of Warcraft?

I luv world of war craft and I would so by it 4 the PSP but only 1fps. i dont under stand elder scrolls for the psp looks great and has about the same graphics as W.O.W. it seems like thay would try hard on releasing it on the psp because not ever one has a computer able to play WoW. but theys alot of psp out there and blizzard would be making alot more money.
coolness,
I think World of Warcraft could be made to work perfectly well with the PSP. The issue here was just that the person was trying to run a PC version of the game on his PSP. The PC version requires more juice than the PSP can deliver.
In any case, WoW would be a perfect match for the PSP. I would so buy it!
it would be cool for the psp. I think they should put some effort into making a game for the psp that allows you to fully customize your guys armor/weapons abilitys and race. just like or atleast simaliar to wow.even if it wasnt online enabled it would still beat any game thats out now for the psp.
hey i think wow on th psp would b kinda cool but theyed have to have on option to just play single player as well as online cause you dont ALWAYS want to stay home all day (car rides, traveling, walking, sitting in the park, idk) and wat about the graphics are they too good for the psp of not??? personally i think the psp can take it!
PSP could never play WoW as it is on the desktop.. come on, it wouldn’t have enough memory to store the zone information never mind the game logic, item databases, character info etc etc..
Plus, of course, the controls would be impossible to map to PSP.
Sorry to be a nay-sayer, but PSP needs it’s own MMORPG, designed to work on it specifically. It COULD NOT match WoW for sheer scale, but even being able to level solo and group up online just for dungies (5-man?) would be awesome…
They do make one sorta…..its called monster hunters freedom 2. its alright, but its not like wow.
if anny bodu out theer has close connictions with wow or sony tell them they would get richer if they made wow for the psp
I love to have wow on psp but only 1 thing it dont have enough memory or they gonna sell new memory sticks with 8 gigabytes

Its not impossible if sony actually allows anything but homebrew to use portable keyboards for the psp.Granted already WoW sucks the very soul from you and a portable version would probably get many wowheads fired or worse…but it is plausible.
the thing that makes WoW so hard to run isnt the graphics, its as the post above said, its the scale of WoW. its completely plausible, in fact possible, just dont expect it to happen. the last time Blizzard even attempted to branch to a console it was shot down like a duck that can only fly around in circles in front of Cheny. so obviously there a tad gunshy. not to mention all thier time is being eaten alive by Starcraft 2 and actually maintaining WoW.
Basicly if its going to happen and run well, its going to fall to homebrewers to do it, though I have no idea how its going to happen.
I must agree with Mally saying that it would be impossible to run World of Warcaft from your psp. However hypotehcially saying of course if it could run, I believe it would run much the same way as a private server would. In that you can play with your friends (online) or play alone (offline) but with a private server you can only do offline and online if your gm/server owner. However I did hear a rumour on youtube that someone managed to get world of warcraft world on their psp and not just as a mouse but fully functional however the connection did not last long and the game was tourcherous and impossible to deal with lag wise. However this is just a rumour and I haven’t been able to check it out yet as I need to do my monthly updates =3
world of warcraft for psp - cool.i want wow for my psp.
To play wow on your psp you will need a psp with 600mb ram,and better grafic card!
