Valhalla Knights tomorrow

Valhalla Knights has been in the corner of my eye since it was announced several years ago. The PSP-exclusive was released in Japan last summer, and received critical acclaim. Now, the game is finally coming to North America - tomorrow!

Valhalla Knights was developed by Marvelous Interacive Inc. and K2, and published by XSEED Games. The game is an action-based real time RPG, with both a single player campaign and a 2-player battle royal. Originally, Valhalla Knights was hailed as a full-on MMORPG. Unfortunately that was not how it turned out. Certainly, an infrastructure mode would have topped this game off.

That aside, the game looks simply stunning. Valhalla Knights features full 3D environments, with plenty of dungeon crawling and weapon collecting to satisfy Diablo fans for years. Think of something between Untold Legends and Crisis Core, and there you have Valhalla Knights.

I guess we’ll just have to see how well the game translated to the English market when it’s released tomorrow!
