God of War confirmed for PSP

Several days ago, Cory Barlog - director of God of War II - denied that God of War was in production for the PlayStation Portable. Turns out… what he said wasn’t totally true. Some people in the gaming industry are getting early copies of God of War II, and apparently SCEA forgot to remove an ad for God of War on the PSP! Not only is the game coming to the PSP, but it’s set for a 2007 release.

We don’t have any information about the game yet other than the fact that it is definitely coming to Sony’s handheld. At least this puts all of the rumors to rest.
