Sony PSP Drive n’ Cinema: Watch movies in your car

It seems that handheld gaming systems get all the weird accessories. And yet, no one can make a good stylish PSP case. This PSP accessory is essentially just a mount for your system that can be attached to the back of a car seat.
Your PSP fits snugly into the Drive n Cinema shell, which is then strapped to the back of the headrest of the seat in front of you. This definitely doesn’t look comfortable for playing games, but that’s because it’s designed to watch UMD movies.
I don’t buy UMD movies for one and only one reason: they’re overpriced. However, I do watch videos and podcasts directly from my MemoryStick. Still, I don’t sit in the back seat of a car for long periods of time often enough for the PSP Drive n’ Cinema to be worth a stiff $50.
Besides, I don’t quite see what the problem is with just holding your PSP. If it is that much of a problem… There’s always duct tape!
In the end, this is definitely one of the more useless PlayStation Portable accessories - but I’m sure someone would make use of it.
The car accessory that I really want is a dashboard mount. No, not to watch Family Guy while driving… that’s just an all around bad idea. I want a PSP dashboard mount so I can effectively make use of things like PSP GPS software, camera, Google Maps, and the soon-to-be Skype calling feature. Plus, you could listen to your music on the road! Imagine the possibilities.
